United States labels Vs. United Kingdom labels

There are  A LOT  of chemicals and "foods" that have been banned all over the world because, after countless studies, they have been deemed unfit for human consumption.  But wait!  ...before you get all upset because you really love your GMO pesticide filled corn syrup.... don't worry, It's all still legal to use in U.S. foods.  Food companies such as Betty Crocker, McDonalds, Quaker Oats, Pizza Hut, Pringles, and many others have reformulated their recipes across seas to meet the stricter and safer standards.  The work has already been done to upgrade their products but they choose to feed the U.S. the "unfit for human consumption" versions.  So I'll repeat... we are consuming tons and tons of ingredients that are illegal in other countries.  ::red flag! red flag! red flag::
Take a look for yourself.
*The red text indicates potentially harmful ingredients and/or ingredients likely to contain GMO's.

Vani Hari aka "Food Babe" did all of this research and I pulled these comparisons off of a website that she posts on.  Check it out here to read more about it.  Also, below is a link to sign a petition she started.  Sign it, and then pat yourself on the back for doing something for the greater good of your fellow citizens today.  :-)
